Aurélie leads the business development activities of Deminor’s Claims Management Solutions. She focuses on building strategic partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and supporting clients in the implementation of large-scale, technology-driven claims management solutions. Her role includes developing go-to-market strategies, identifying key market segments, and managing key relationships with law firms, litigation funders, associations, and corporate legal departments. She also contributes to product evolution by translating market insights into strategic opportunities and helps position CMS as a leading technology solution in the claims management landscape.

Previous work experience

Before joining Deminor, Aurélie spent 14 years in the media and audiovisual industry, working closely with global institutions, corporations and international organisations. She held senior roles in project management and business development, with a strong focus on relationship building, multi-stakeholder coordination and delivery of complex, cross-border projects.
